INSTRUCTIONS

Apply oil to the desired area and gently massage. Can be combined with other Pranarōm vegetable oils. For added benefits and aromatic massages combine 1-2 drops of Pranarōm essential oils of your choice to 5-10 ml of Borage oil.

Properties and uses:

Like Borage oil, Evening Primrose oil is extremely rich in omega-6 EFAs and is therefore a source of precursors for anti-inflammatory prostaglandins, useful for all skin problems (atopic eczema, psoriasis).

These prostaglandins are important players in regulating the menstrual cycle. Evening Primrose oil is particularly useful to ease premenstrual syndromes and to regulate menstrual anarchy episodes.

Like Borage oil, Evening Primrose oil is very useful to purify blood of excess cholesterol and help dissolve atheromatous plaque that can lead to major cardiovascular disorders.
