Delivery Policy

• Free delivery on orders over $100 before tax.
• Free shipping is calculated during checkout.
• All orders are subject to product availability.

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within Canada.

We make every effort to process and prepare your order within 1-4 business days of your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. All orders will be processed Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Canada Post might delay shipping which is beyond Rediscover Health control.

If a package is returned to Rediscover Health due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Rediscover Health is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer

Return Policy

We offer a return policy to our valued customers within 14 days of the invoice date. You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error; the product is incorrect or defective.

There will be no returns on probiotics.
