OptiFort contains bilberry extract used in Herbal Medicine to help slow the progression of disorders of the eye, such as diabetic and hypertensive retinopathy and macular degeneration. It also contains vitamin A to help maintain eyesight. It also contains vitamin C and Zinc to help in connective tissue formation. OptiFort is also a source of antioxidants for maintenance of good health.
Ingredients (per capsule):
Bilberry Extract 100:1 (Vaccinium myrtillus).....80 mg
(fruit) (standardized min. 25% anthocyanidins, 36% anthocyanosides)
Lutein (FloraGLO®) (free form) (from Tagetes erecta).....6.3 mg
Vitamin A (from vitamin A palmitate).....1000 IU
(equivalent to 300 mcg vitamin A)
Vitamin C (from calcium ascorbate).....60 mg
Vitamin E (from d-alpha tocopheryl acetate).....30 IU
(equivalent to 20.1 mg d-alpha tocopherol)
Zinc (from zinc gluconate).....5 mg

Suggested Use:
Adults - Take 1 capsule, 3 times a day with food, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
