Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) organic roots 1:2 500 mg/ml.
Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% organic ethyl alcohol.

Dosage:
Adults: Take in a little water; nervousness: 18 drops 3-4 times daily.
Sleep aid: Take 60 drops 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
