VITEX (Vitex agnus-castus)- Family: Verbenaceae Vitex is used for PMS symptoms. Stimulating progestational activity, it regulates and balances the production of progesterone and estrogen during the menstrual cycle and helps regulate the menstrual cycle.
SKULLCAP (Scutellaria officinalis)- Family: Lamiaceae Its antispasmodic action is effective to release muscle tension and menstrual pain (premenstrual tension), muscle pain, muscle spasms, back pain and tension in the neck.
LEMON BALM (Melissa officinalis)- Family: Lamiaceae One of the best plants for PMS; it calms anxiety and irritability. Melissa is antispasmodic.
ARTICHOKE (Cynara scolymus)- Family: Asteraceae Artichoke improves poor digestion, helps treat hepatobiliary dysfunction (jaundice, liver failure, etc.), bloating and nausea; facilitates the kidney and urinary elimination; fights against constipation by stimulating bile secretion.
FEVERFEW (Tanacetum parthenium)- Family: Asteraceae It regulates the menses and is an emmenagogue. It stimulates digestion and menstruation. Indicated for menses with a tendency toward migraines during this period.
BLACK COHOSH (Actea racemosa)- Family: Renonculaceae Helps alleviate PMS, regulates excessively heavy or irregular periods, headaches of a nervous origin and hot flashes, especially during menopause.
Adults 30 drops in a little water 3-4 times a day during periods of premenstrual symptoms manifestation of your cycle or 7 to 14 days before menstruation.
Duration of use:Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.
